Singing at Church

Russian Quartet

A Capella singing quartet from Saint-Petersburg, Russia, performed during and after services at the Church of the Apostles in Coppell, Texas on May 6, 2017.

This esteemed vocal ensemble produces fresh interpretations of many well-known choral works.  Each of its members has great working experiences with leading choirs of Saint-Petersburg.

All members perform for Orthodox churches during the many beautiful liturgies of the Eastern tradition. Each of the singers professes a deep belief in the ministry of their musical works.   They demonstrate a great understanding of the substance of the Divine Liturgies.

Each member of the quartet is a believer in the grace, beauty, and divine nature of the gift of singing. The quartet engages the listener with an array of Russian folk songs, western classical music styles, and contemporary works by Russian and international composers.

The singing event in Patrick’s Place capped a wonderful day at the Church of the Apostles..
